Toymaker Mattel has introduced a limited-edition Céline Dion Barbie doll designed to honor the Canadian star's four-decade music career. The tribute coincides with Dion's return to the stage for a sold-out 26-concert residency in Paris, following years away from the spotlight due to health challenges.

The collector figure specifically captures Dion from one of the biggest nights of her career at the 1998 Academy Awards ceremony. During the event, she performed "My Heart Will Go On" from the James Cameron-directed movie Titanic. Known as one of Dion's top hits and among the most famous songs to emerge from cinema, the track won the Academy Award for Best Original Song. The film itself achieved historic success, winning 11 Oscars out of 14 nominations, including Best Picture.

Mattel faithfully recreated Dion's red carpet look from that evening, dressing the doll identically in her signature deep-blue turtleneck maxi dress. The styling includes a replica of the "Heart of the Ocean" necklace worn by actor Kate Winslet as the character Rose in the movie. The doll was designed by Suim Noh, with custom packaging developed by designer Laydiana Chiv.

With this tribute, Dion joins a distinguished group of artists featured in Mattel's Signature Doll collection. The lineup includes music icons such as Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Aaliyah, and Stevie Nicks, as well as Signature Kenbassador Lenny Kravitz. The collectible preserves an unforgettable pop culture milestone from film and music history. Which historic performance outfit would you like to see preserved as a collectible next?
